Prerequisites:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in sales of machines or technical products
• Customer- and sales-oriented way of thinking and working
• Convincing communication skills
• Organizational skills and structured approach
• Independent and committed way of working
• Sound IT skills (Microsoft Office, ERP system, ideally ABAS)
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  
  

Task:

• Independent quotation and order processing
• Commercial processing of orders, from quotation to invoicing
• Order monitoring, monitoring process chain to ensure smooth internal sales process
• Establishment of new customer relationships via telephone contact
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer contacts
• You are the interface between customers and technical departments
• Close cooperation with production, assembly, purchasing and design departments
• Control of spare parts deliveries and complaints
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Data updates and evaluations in ERP system
• Passion for customer service and enjoy developing processes and procedures in an agile manner
